Landlord Law started by Tessa Shepperson in 2001, a long time ago, when Tessa’s main business was her solicitors practice.

She started it as a way for landlords to find out their legal rights and obligations at a reasonable cost, as she could see that many landlords were ignorant of the legal rules but did not want to incur the expense of consulting solicitors.
