I’m Rupert, I’m an HMO investor and developer. I’ve been in property since 2008 and HMOs since 2012. My portfolio is in Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Bucks, and I’ve been involved in over 200 HMO transactions/projects since 2012.
My focus is doing 2 large (20 bed+) HMO developments per year and also growing this website to be the best it can be.
